Mosambi Ka Juice :-)

Sweet Lime(Mosambi), botanical name Citrus lemettioides is a citrus fruit which has good nutritional value. Like all citrus fruits, sweet lime is rich Vitamin C. Also it’s a good source of potassium. Sweet lime is free of fat and sodium. It also contains fiber, magnesium, calcium and zinc.

I have been drinking Sweet Lime juice daily since last 1 week. I reach office around 8 in the morning, work for half an hour and than its “JUICE TIME”. This has helped me reduce the temptation for tea at 10 in the office. Good experiment!

Der Lagi Lekin..It Feels Good To Hear This Song :-)

Der lagi lekin maine ab hai jeena seekh liya
Jaise bhi ho'n din maine ab hai jeena seekh liya
Ab maine ye jaana hai, khushi hai kya, gham kya..
Dono hi, do pal ki hai ruttein
Na yeh thehre na rukein
Zindagi do rangon se bane
Ab roothe, ab mane
Yehi toh hai, yehi toh hai, yahaan

(It took time, but I learnt to live,
however be the days, I have learnt to live,
now I have known this, what's happiness and what's sorrow
both are weathers of two moments
neither they wait nor stay
life gets made of two colors,
now angry, now placated,
this, this is here..)

Der lagi lekin maine ab hai jeena seekh liya
Aansuon ke bin maine ab hai jeena seekh liya
Ab maine, Yeh jaana hai kise kahoon apna
Hai koi, jo yeh mujh se keh gaya
Yeh kahaan tu reh gaya
Zindagi toh hai jaise kaarvan
Tu hai tanha kab yahaan
Sabhi toh hai, sabhi toh hai yahaan

(It took time, but I learnt to live,
Without tears, I have learnt to live
Now I have known whom to call mine
there is someone, who has told me
where have you been left,
life is like a convoy,
when are you alone here (you never are)
everything, everything is here..)

Koi sunaaye jo hansti muskurati kahani
Kehta hai dil, main bhi sunoon,
Aansoo mein moti ho jo kisi ke nishani
Kehta hai dil, main bhi chunoon
Baahein dil ki ho baahon mein hi, chalta
chalun yunhi raahon mein
Bus yunhi, ab yahaan, ab wahaan

(when someone tells a happy, cheerful story,
my heart says, I'd listen too,
If there are pearls in tears, someone's souvenir,
my heart says, I'd pick too..
I should be embracing my love only,
I should be walking just like that in the paths,
just like that.. now here, now there... )

Sunday..What A Funday :)

Sunday – aaaah! Staying in pajamas with a hot drink, the Sunday papers and a view of the outside world from the comfort of your own sofa.

A glorious holiday at the end of every week to celebrate the end of a long and tiring six working days. I think the specialty of Sunday remains in the fact that it comes to us onlyafter a continuous work of six days. Thus it is natural for everyone to wait for this day eagerly as it provides recreation and rest. I relax on this day after hard work of six days in whichever way I feel fit. I hail it with joy and in a way of my own.

Normal scenario of Sunday is usually getting up late, and having a brunch (and not a breakfast). This is followed by watching television, till lunch is ready and again going back to the T.V until it is time for supper.

Sometimes it may consist of a family get-together, playing games, going for a movie, catching up on small personal things which we plan to do on Sundays or indulging in any other plans with peers, it is a full day of fun and relaxation. Most events start in the early afternoon, and end in time and then to go to bed at a reasonable hour just to prepare for the same long working 6 days. The next morning - it is time to get to work! It is to realize that the weekend is over, and a long wait of six days lies between you and your next Sunday.

Life goes on in the same fashion and very few of us can enjoy the real meaning of 'All play and no work!' So....
Don’t waste Ur Sunday!
Make it a Funday!
Have a Blast!
Bcoz Sunday will not Long Last!

One of my favorite song..Gives Hope..Love it

MAIN NE DEKHE HAIN SABHI RANG DUNIYA KE
ARRE HAAN, YE DUNIYA BADI RANGEELI
HAR RAS MEIN NAYA HAI NASHA ISS KE
ARRE HAAN, YE DUNIYA BADI NASHEELI

DUNIYA MEIN CHALO AKELE
APNE HON ARMAAN
APNE HISSE KI HO DHARTI
APNA AASMAN

AMBAR MEIN UDI HOON MAIN DUNIYA KE
ARRE HAIN YE DUNIYA, LAGI AMBAR SI NEELI

DUNIYA KE KHAZAANE
SAB KHOJEN BAN DEEWAANE
UTNA LENA HI JITNA

DE SAKTE HO KAHEN SAYYANE
DIL KE SONE MEIN KHOT NA HO
ARRE HAAN, YE DUNIYA LAGE SAB KO SAJEELI

DO DIL MIL KAR DEKHEN
PYAAR KE SAPAN SUHAANE
JAB AMBAR JODE RISHTON KO
KYA FIKAR HAI TUMHEN ZAMAANE

JAB CHAAHNE WALE  MIL JAAYEN
ARRE HA, YE DUNIYA, LAGE SAB KO RASEELI

BANTNE SE AUR NIKHARTA
HAI PYAAR KA RANG ANMOL
MERE HISSE MEIN AAYA KITNA
BAITH KAROON KYA TOL

YE CHAAR DINO KA MELA HAI
ARRE HAAN, YE DUNIYA, BADI RANGEEN PAHELI

MAIN NE DEKHE HAI SABHI RANG DUNIYA KE
ARRE HAAN, YE DUNIYA BADI RANGEELI
YE DUNIYA BADI NASHEELI
LAGI AMBAR SI NEELI
LAGE SAB KO SAJEELI
LAGE SAB KO RASEELI
BADI RANGEEN PAHELI

Positive kids Become Positive Adults.

During their growth and development, children go through many stages of self-doubt. They often compare themselves to others, and end up underestimating themselves. This develops a habit of negative thinking which can affect their future. As parents, you can offset this natural tendency in your children by helping them become self-confident, positive individuals.  It is important that you really listen to your children, and help them overcome their negative thoughts and beliefs. This is, of course, easier to do if you practice positive thinking yourself. So start presenting your thoughts in a positive way.

Here are some typical negative statements from children, along with some positive responses from their parents which you can also opt:

Child - I can't do it.
Parent - Take your time and try again. I have confidence in you.
Child - That teacher hates me.
Parent - I know you want your teacher to like you. Remember that you're a very lovable kid and a great person, no matter what teacher, or anyone else, says or does. And, you know, she may have a problem that has nothing to do with you. You keep doing right deeds and one day she will stop hating you.

Child - I'm just no good in history.
Parent - You've brought up Cs before-I know you can do it again. Besides that, honey, nobody is good at everything. And look at this A in math, you've always done well with numbers!

Child - I'm so clumsy. I'll never learn to ride bicycle!
Parent - It's tough learning something new. Remember when you first tried to ski, how hard it was? But you stuck with it, and now you're really good at skiing.

There is real value in discussing positive thinking and self-esteem with your children on a regular basis. Sadly, our world is so full of negative feedback. We need to arm our children with a positive attitude, so that they can stay focused in the right direction.

During this, if your child makes a negative comment, ignore it. If she or he makes a positive comment, show pleasure with a smile, or/and a retroactive positive comment.

I encourage you to think of your child’s mind like a garden. Each day you want to help them weed their negative thoughts and plant positive thoughts.
One day of weeding and planting won’t do much. Nourish your child with lots of love and positive energy and you shall see the fruits of your efforts. :)

Positive Thinking - Looking on the Bright Side

Sometimes we find it difficult to look on the bright side of a situation we are in. This is what happens with me many a times. I can never get out of a bad situation easily. But if at that point I think, that on these challenging situations, there are things to be grateful for! A family who loves you.. A job.. A car.. A laptop.. A Tv.., it can make you strong. I try not to catch in what I didn’t have, but I try to focus on what I do have at that time. Remember, there’s a positive way to approach every situation. Even at that time if you have to "pretend" to be positive, you must do it. Because eventually, it will become true.

Positive Thinking - Values and Assumptions

At times, I easily lose prospect of thinking positive when the negativity around me creates a barrier. But after that I utilize my power of positive thinking. I want to get rid of thinking negative and then thinking positive, means I want to think positive only. Let’s chat about how does positive thinking works with what we value and what we assume.

Values.. They define who we are and help us to figure out what we want and how we live our life. Everyone have different values, and positive thinking fits everybody according to those values. I value being nice to my parents and helping them. This makes me feel good. I have this value and it assists me in maintaining a high level of positive attitude. I can never think of troubling them but instead I focus in knowing that what I can do to make them feel good. Sometimes negative feelings also rule my mind. Like, when I and my mom have different opinions on some topics and I don’t do what mom says. But by reviewing my values, I maintain positive thinking at a time and give in to my mom’s views or I try instead to bring her around to agreeing what I think is right.

Assumptions..We often make assumptions to fill in an unknown. And more often we assume the worst. We give negative assumptions on everything which makes us fearful and worrisome. Last year my brother met with a major accident while he was driving back home late night. After that incident, I am always worried and don’t sleep until he comes back home. That horrible day always forces me to think negative and it tend to dig me deeper in a pool of negativity. Then I have to ask myself whether I know the answer or I am just making assumptions. I actively refuse those negative assumptions and try to focus internally on the positives.

What I want to say is if one cannot make positive assumptions, they should at least sway his mind from the negative ones.

Positive Self-Talk For a Positive Life

Our mind plays a significant role in making our wishes and aspirations come true. It is the way we think of our goals, small everyday ones or big, life changing ones that gives us the quality of life we live.

It is now an established and proven fact we can use our MIND POWER to achieve almost anything we want to. This is called the Power of Positive Thinking.

It is common to find some people scoff at the subject. They find the notion of thinking positively about some goal to help you achieve it to be far too simplistic. However, those who have experienced the miraculous powers of positive thinking and its role in helping them scale improbable heights professionally, financially and in one’s personal life know that when done rightly, positive thinking can work in incredible ways you never imagined possible.

To remain positive in situations that can be emotionally crippling and physically adverse is extremely tough. But if your desire is strong enough and your resolve as tough as steel, miracles can happen and how! The world is replete with thousands of such examples. Yours can be the next one…if you so wish!
